چکیده

شناخت دقیق مسائل مربوط به روستاهای ایران از اهمیت بسیار زیادی برخوردار است. زیرا ریشه تمامی مشکلات و مسائل عقب ماندگی مثل فقر گسترده، نابرابری در حال رشد و بیکاری فزاینده، در مناطق روستایی قرار دارد. این پژوهش بدنبال بررسی پیامدهای اجرای طرح آبادانی و پیشرفت منظومه‌های روستایی شهرستان بجستان استان خراسان رضوی می‌باشد. طرح آبادانی و پیشرفت منظومه روستایی در مناطق روستایی شهرستان بجستان استان خراسان رضوی به دلیل عدم توسعه یافتگی مطلوب علارغم وجود جاذبه‌های طبیعی، فرهنگی و در اختیار داشتن زمین‌های زراعی، بمنظور ایجاد عدالت فضایی و برخورداری مطلوب از ظرفیت‌های بالقوه موجود با رویکرد انتظام فضایی و توجه به شبکه‌های روستا شهری آغاز گردید پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف در زمره مطالعات کاربردی، از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی – تحلیلی و به روش پیمایشی – میدانی صورت گرفته‌است. جامعه آماری شامل 125 خانوار روستایی منتخب از روستاییان ذینقع در طرح آبادانی پیشرفت منظومه‌های روستایی است. محتوای پرسشنامه به کاربرده شده با استفاده از قضاوت افراد خبره، مشاوران علمی و کارشناسان و متخصصان این مقوله تایید شد. تعیین پایایی پرسشنامه نهایی با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرنباخ (71/0= α) صورت گرفت. نتایج آزمون کای اسکوئر (رتبه بندی مولفه های مرتبط با اجرای طرح آبادانی و پیشرفت منظومه‌های روستایی شهرستان بجستان) هم موید این است که مولفه‌های فعالیت‌های شبکه‌ی بین روستایی، روستا – شهر، تعلق مکانی، مشارکت روستائیان، اشتغال و درآمد به عنوان موفق‌ترین مولفه‌های اجرای طرح می‌باشد و در حوزه مسکن و برخورداری از خدمات تاکنون به موفقیت چندانی دست پیدا نکرده‌است.

چکیده [English]

Accurate knowledge of the issues related to the villages of Iran is very important. Because the root of all problems and issues of backwardness, such as widespread poverty, growing inequality and increasing unemployment, are in rural areas. This research seeks to investigate the consequences of the implementation of the development plan and the progress of the rural systems of Bajestan city, Razavi Khorasan province. Development plan and development of the rural system in the rural areas of Bajestan city, Razavi Khorasan province, due to the lack of proper development despite the presence of natural and cultural attractions and the possession of agricultural land, in order to create spatial justice and optimal use of existing potential capacities with the approach of spatial order and attention In terms of the objective, the present research has been carried out in the category of applied studies, descriptive-analytical and survey-field method. The statistical population includes 125 rural households selected from the villagers involved in the development plan for the development of rural systems. The content of the used questionnaire was confirmed by the judgment of experts, scientific advisors and experts and specialists of this category. The reliability of the final questionnaire was determined using Cronbach's alpha test (α = 0.71).
